User Services Agreement
Effective Date: June 24, 2026
Welcome to WeStar. This User Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you and Gomicstar (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and governs your access to and use of WeStar, including account services, chat, voice rooms, AI companionship, AI-generated content, virtual gifts, and related features.
By creating an account, signing in, or using WeStar, you agree to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use WeStar.
1. Eligibility
- WeStar is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.
- By using WeStar, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
- You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to your use of WeStar.
2. Account Registration and Security
- You may need to register or sign in using a phone number, Apple account, Google account, or other supported method.
- You agree to provide accurate and lawful account information and to keep your account secure.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, please contact us promptly.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement, platform policies, laws, or the rights of others.
3. AI Features and AI-Generated Content
WeStar includes AI companionship, AI chat, AI voice, image generation, avatar generation, AI singing, and other creative AI features.
- AI Output May Be Inaccurate: AI-generated responses, images, audio, or other content may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your situation. You should not rely on AI output as professional advice.
- No Professional Advice: WeStar does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. If you need professional help, please contact a qualified professional or emergency service.
- Your Responsibility: You are responsible for the prompts, messages, images, audio, and other content you submit, and for how you use AI-generated results.
- Prohibited AI Use: You must not use AI features to create or request illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, self-harm, extremist, deceptive, defamatory, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing content.
- Safety Controls: We may use moderation, safety filters, human review where appropriate, or automated systems to detect and limit unsafe or abusive use.
4. User Content and Community Rules
You may be able to post, upload, send, speak, display, or generate content, including text, voice, images, avatars, profile information, chat messages, room messages, and other materials (“User Content”).
- You retain ownership of content you lawfully own, but you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, display, process, and use your User Content as necessary to operate, improve, protect, and provide WeStar.
- You must not upload or share content that is illegal, pornographic, exploitative, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, violent, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful.
- You must not share content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, portrait, publicity, or other rights of any person or organization.
- You must not impersonate others, misrepresent your identity, collect other users’ information without permission, or interfere with the normal operation of WeStar.
- You must not use WeStar for spam, scams, malware, unauthorized advertising, illegal transactions, or other abusive behavior.
5. Reporting, Blocking, and Enforcement
- WeStar may provide features to report users, block users, or manage unwanted interactions.
- We may review reported content or behavior and take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting features, suspending accounts, terminating accounts, or reporting illegal activity where required.
- We may act without prior notice when necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce this Agreement, or protect WeStar and our service providers.
6. Virtual Items, Gifts, and Paid Digital Content
- WeStar may offer virtual gifts, virtual items, subscriptions, AI generation features, or other paid digital content.
- Virtual items and digital content are licensed for personal entertainment use within WeStar and do not represent money, property, stored value, or any right to cash redemption.
- Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the payment, refund, and billing policies of the applicable platform.
- Except where required by law or platform policy, virtual items and consumed digital content are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue virtual items or paid features where reasonably necessary, including for legal, operational, security, or product reasons.
7. Permissions and Device Features
- Some features require device permissions, such as microphone, camera, photo library/gallery, or notifications.
- You can deny or revoke permissions in your device settings. Some features may not work without the required permission.
- This version of WeStar does not request access to your device contacts and does not upload your address book.
8. Privacy
Your use of WeStar is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we share it with service providers, and how you can request deletion of your account and data.
9. Intellectual Property
- WeStar, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, features, and services, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, lease, or exploit WeStar except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
- You may use AI-generated content for lawful personal purposes, subject to this Agreement, applicable law, third-party rights, and any platform or service-provider restrictions.
10. Service Changes and Availability
- We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of WeStar from time to time.
- We do not guarantee that WeStar will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- We may perform maintenance or make changes to improve security, reliability, compliance, or user experience.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- WeStar is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, safety, or suitability of user content or AI-generated content.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of WeStar.
12. Termination
- You may stop using WeStar at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement, create risk or legal exposure, harm other users, or misuse WeStar.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, enforcement, and dispute-related terms.
13. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify users through the app or other reasonable means. Continued use of WeStar after the updated Agreement becomes effective means you accept the updated Agreement.
